RETURN POLICY

You will have the opportunity to cancel or return an order, if you are not satisfied. Our policy, according to law, provides you the right to return any book or audiovisual within 7 days after delivery date. You do not have to give any explication. Any product returned in original conditions (without using it, within its original package and not being damaged) will be accepted without problem, accompanied by an original proof of purchase. Your order number, name, address, phone number and email must be included (return shipping costs are in charge of the client). We will accept as well annulment of any order as long we have not proceeded delivery yet, in this case you will have to wait until you receive the parcel and then proceed the return, fulfilling the conditions mentioned above.

SHIPPING

Shipping is realized by international post services. Shipping fees will be added automatically during the order process,depending on the country which figures in your delivery address.

Spain: 2 days / Europe: 3-4 days / Overseas: 5-7 days

Realizing your order, you will be able to choose freely between your credit or debit card for payment. VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted. Secure connection between your computer and our computers is guarantied, and that connection remains secure until you complete or cancel an order. Bank transfers or postal orders are only accepted for European Community countries.
